After several wonderfully successful Yoga for Mothers Workshops 2012, I am pleased to offer these workshops on a more regular basis. These one-of-a-kind workshops combine my two areas of expertise, facilitating groups of mothers and teaching Yoga, to bring mothers a uniquely nourishing experience.
The next workshops will be Saturday 5 October and Saturday 14 December 2013, both 10am – 1pm at Rudry Parish Hall, a beautifully clean and quiet haven overlooking verdant hills. This relaxing three-hour session that will involve

It’s a gift to receive Yoga from others and especially in this context. I drove home afterwards in the glorious sunshine feeling that the world was a better place.
It was a great workshop. I really enjoyed the group chat, being able to talk about problems faced as mothers without judgement.

Sometimes the din of life and the demands of parenting can drown out a mother’s voice. In our society, many mothers discount the soundings of their own instincts and may look outside of themselves for answers that can only be found within. Mothering our children takes energy and patience, and all too often mothers find themselves feeling depleted and stressed.
So many of us long for a safe and supportive place where we can explore that which inspires us in our parenting. And wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a place where we could talk honestly and openly about our challenges, and to feel loved and supported?
This is the place. Welcome.
