I teach group hybrid Yoga classes, which means that the classes are available on Zoom as well as for in-person attendees. They take place on

Tuesday nights 7-8:30pm

and

Wednesday mornings 10-11:30am.

Both classes take place in a spacious hall with a high-quality wood floor and good disabled access/facilities in Dinas Powys. Please click on this page for more information about the venue and attending your first Yoga class.

Contact me for details and to book your place. lisa@lisahassanscott.co.uk

When coming to class, be sure that you bring a non-slip mat. You should also bring a Yoga block/brick, though a rolled towel or firm cushion can suffice for your first few lessons. Finally, you might also benefit from a Yoga belt, though a dressing gown belt or necktie would also do the job!

For your comfort I recommend that you dress in layers, bring a blanket with you for relaxation, and perhaps a cushion or small pillow for your head. Some students like to bring a water bottle with them as well.

To attend the class you will need to get in touch with me, complete the health questionnaire that I will send you (there is an option to decline to give health information) and read and consent to a disclaimer (only if you are attending by Zoom). Payment can be made on a per-class basis, or in a block booking. There is a small concession (discount) for those who choose to block book (minimum three sessions). Refunds cannot be made.

I am also available to teach one to one and bespoke small group Yoga classes, both in person in the local area (Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff), as well as via Zoom. Please contact me if you’d like to explore this.
